Continuing Education - Credit Request

CREDIT SUBMITTAL

               Per the collective bargaining agreement, in order to receive credit on the salary scale.  You must submit an official transcript or a letter of satisfactory completion for an approved in-service course (IU course) from the Pennsylvania Department of Education to the Human Resources Office by the 1st of the month.  You can submit these materials in two ways:  Upload your official transcript/IU completion letter to records system or you can have the university email an official to jcj13@scasd.org.  Adjustments will be made effective in the month the transcript/letter is received provided it is by the first of the month.  

 

Uploading to PowerSchool Records Process

  • Login to PowerSchool Records with SCASD Google email

  • On the Left side menu select Available Forms

    • Select Form Continuing Education

      • If you have previously submitted requests you will see following message.

        • Click yes to start another

      • When the form opens, click on the Upload a file button

        • Select your required document and click open to select

        • Once File is selected, click the Save Final button at the bottom
