Continuing Education - Credit Request
CREDIT SUBMITTAL
Per the collective bargaining agreement, in order to receive credit on the salary scale. You must submit an official transcript or a letter of satisfactory completion for an approved in-service course (IU course) from the Pennsylvania Department of Education to the Human Resources Office by the 1st of the month. You can submit these materials in two ways: Upload your official transcript/IU completion letter to records system or you can have the university email an official to jcj13@scasd.org. Adjustments will be made effective in the month the transcript/letter is received provided it is by the first of the month.
Uploading to PowerSchool Records Process
Login to PowerSchool Records with SCASD Google email
This can also be found in ClassLink under “PowerSchool” as “Records”
On the Left side menu select Available Forms
Select Form Continuing Education
If you have previously submitted requests you will see following message.
Click yes to start another
When the form opens, click on the Upload a file button
Select your required document and click open to select
Once File is selected, click the Save Final button at the bottom
