Viewing and Completing 'My Tasks' in Records

The process to complete tasks in the Unfied Talent Records system. Tasks can include employee documents that need to be updated, signed, or referenced.

Note: You need to be logged into Google Chrome to access Employee Access Center and Records

 Completing “My Tasks”

Documentation that needs to be updated or signed will be listed under the “Needs Attention” tab in “My Tasks”

  1. Access the link to Unified Talent - Records via the Employee Resources Page on the SCASD site. You will need to log in using your SCASD user ID and password (example user ID: abc12)



  2. Once in PowerSchool Records, you will be directed to “Needs Attention” where available tasks will be listed for your account



  3. To complete the task simply click the View button under the Actions section and complete the necessary steps related to the task.

  4. Once you have completed the task simply click the Mark Complete button to complete the task.

 Viewing Completed “My Tasks”

Documentation that is completed will be listed under the “Completed” tab in “My Tasks”

  1. Access Employee Access Center via the Employee Resources Page on the SCASD site. You will need to log in using your SCASD user ID and password (example user ID: abc12)

  2. After accessing Employee Access Center, click the PowerSchool Apps Cube in the top right-hand corner and select Records

  3. Once in PowerSchool Records, click the “Completed” tab where you can view completed tasks.
