  • Finding (active/inactive) Employees in Records

    This article will walk you through searching for both active and inactive Employee Records.

     Quick Search (for Active Employees ONLY)

    1. From Employee Records, click on the magnifying glass at the top right.

    2. Enter the Employee’s first or last name.

    3. Hovering over the employee’s name will give a brief overview of the employee including their:

      1. Employee ID

      2. Job Type

      3. Location

    4. Select the name from the list to navigate to their Employee Records screen.

    5. From the Employee Records screen, you can Edit Staff information, Impersonate an employee and/or View Employee Records (documents, checklists, contact log, etc.).

     Advanced Search (for Active or Inactive Employees)

    1. From Employee Records, click on Configuration from the left side panel.

    2. Choose Staff from the options under configuration.

    3. Select the Deactivated tab.

    4. Use the search bar to find the desired employee.

    5. Select one of the options from the right.

      1. Impersonate will emulate Employee Records from that employee’s perspective.

      2. Files will display the employee’s files, sorted into sleeves.

      3. Edit will allow the Demographics, Job Types, Direct Reports, and Supervisors to be edited.

    Modifying information here can trigger an effective date change for active employees. For more information on this refer to: How to Process Effective Date Changes
