PowerSchool Records - Updating Phone Number and Personal Email

How to utilize PowerSchool Records to update your personal phone number and email that is connected to systems such as ParentSquare.

  1. Open PowerSchool Records by logging in with your school district email address and password.

  2. In PowerSchool Records click on Available Forms then open the Employee Contact Information form

  3. In the Employee Contact Information form enter your current personal email and your preferred contact phone number then click Submit Final to save
