How to generate Student Health Visits report

This guide will show how Nurse’s can generate and print a student health visit report in Synergy

Instructions

1. Search for HLT209 in Quick Launch box in the top left

   1. Click on the report that shows in the Quick Launch search box to open it

2. To find a student, enter in their Student Number in the Student ID box under the Student Info box

3. Open

   

4. Be sure to check the Include Clinical Codes box before running the report

5. Open

   

   Click the Print button in the top left to generate and print the report

6. Open
