How to Screen Student's by Grade
This article will guide Nurses and Sub Nurse how to screen students by grade
Instructions
Navigate to Synergy SIS > Health > Health Screen by Grade
When the Health Screen by Grade shows, set your search criteria (yellow boxes, not all have to be filled) then click Find or press the Enter key
After the criteria boxes (yellow boxes) are filled (not all have to be filled to apply a search) click Apply Filter - this will keep your search criteria applied throughout the other Health tabs in this screen
CHECKED Hide Students With Records For Screen Date Range = show only students NOT screened (student’s who still need screened)
UNCHECKED Hide Students With Records For Screen Date Range = show all students (screened and not screened)
