Grade Record Not Found In Synergy

 Problem

When a teachers gradebook shows “Grade Record Not Found in Synergy” for a student when posting grades.

 Solution

  1. The student in question joined the class after the grade buckets were open.

  2. If not done, create a support ticket for the request.

  3. IT Services will then need to Update Grades for the student in question to open a grade bucket for that class.
