How to update a medicine dosage refill

This article will guide Nurse’s on how to refill / update a medicine dosage in Synergy

Instructions

1. Navigate to Synergy SIS > Health > Health

2. Be sure building focus is on building student is currently assigned too

3. Once student is found, click the Medications tab

4. Open

   

   Click Show Details in the Current Medications box then click the +Add button next to Pending

   Open

   

5. In the new row after clicking +Add, scroll to the right to input the Remaining Units, Dosage, Units, Administered (click to view ALL options), Administered By and Unit Adjustment refill amount

6. Open

   

7. After inputted, remember to click the green Save button at the top of the Health screen
