AdminVue - Substitute Teacher Assignment

How to assign substitutes for teachers in AdminVue

  1. Browse to Synergy SIS → Staff → Substitute Teacher Assignment

     

  2. In Substitute Teacher Assignment select the date that a teacher will need a substitute and then click the Go to Date button

     

  3. Once on the appropriate date select scroll through the list of available teachers and check the box sub required

     

  4. Once the box is checked for the teacher that needs a sub on a particular day a random password will be generated to be given to the substitute the day of absence.

     

  5. Password will need provided to the substitute the day when substitute is assigned to absent teacher. Substitute will use this password to emulate the teacher being subbed for.
