Retaining a Student
This article will explain how to retain a student.
Instructions
Open the Pad Tree Menu -> Synergy SIS -> Student
Click on the magnifying glass icon and search for the student
Click Menu, then ‘Edit Student Data’
Click on the ‘Enrollment’ tab, then do the following:
Under Enrollment Activity enter the Effective Date (use first day of school)
Change Grade
Click ‘Save’
6. Click on the 'Enrollment History' tab, and do the following:
Under the ‘Enrollment History’ table, click on 'School' name link for the current school year
Change Entry Code to E4 (Retained)
Click ‘Save’
7. Run a STU207 report; print 4 copies (Registration / Building / Nurse / Student File)
