Powerschool Health Reports

We have added the ability to print a report of all students with a health concern. If you are familiar with Powerschool Reports, the process is the same. You would simply need to select a different form.

1. Click on “People” on the left sidebar, then “Students.” Click on “Print a Student Report”

2. Clicking “Print a Student Report” will bring you to this screen. In this example, no students are selected yet. We will generate a report for every student at this school, so we will select “All”. Then, click “Continue”.

3. You will then see the following screen. The first circled box is a dropdown box with many different report types. For this example, we have chosen “Student Health Report”. You may adjust the settings as you need, but we will leave them all default for this article. Once all is set, click “Submit”

   The reports queue will then appear where you can view the newly generated Student Health Concern report.
