Viewing PowerSchool Alerts via Google Groups - Task List

We have made PowerSchool Alerts accessible for High School Secretaries via Google Groups to have an ongoing task list for updates that parents submit to be approved by Secretaries at the High School since multiple Secretaries can process these changes.

Step by Step Directions

1. Go to groups.google.com in Google Chrome

2. In Google Groups click hsoffice google group.
   
   

   Open

   

   HSOffice Google Group

3. The hsoffice Google group will be a listing of all alerts that have come in newest at the top. This list is not nested, the list is individual alerts from parent submissions that need to be approved by PowerSchool. You can easily see what alerts are completed and not completed by the checkmark box

    

4. Once you have the Alert opened you can see the description of the Alert and what needs to be updated. These Alerts are also emailed to you.
   
   

    

5. After completing the Alert you simply need to click the Back icon to return to the list
   
   

    

6. In the List now you can mark the task as complete
