PowerSchool Student Contacts - Parent/Guardian Information

PowerSchool provides districts with the ability to associate multiple contacts with students for both emergency and non-emergency situations. Contacts are their own entity in PowerSchool, with their own data that can be shared with multiple students to support interconnected relationships and modern family structures.

1. Search for a student and select the appropriate student for whom you’re looking for contact information.

   Search for Student

2. Next, click the Student Profile menu and select Contact Management
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. In the Contacts Management Page, you can view the student's Parent/Guardian information or add additional Contacts for the student.
