PowerSchool Stored Searches - Secondary Admins

You can utilize prebuilt stored searches to quickly make your student groupings the selected students in PowerSchool SIS. The following stored searches have been built:

10th – 12th Grade Administrator (A-G)
10th – 12th Grade Administrator (H-O)
10th – 12th Grade Administrator (P-Z)
9th Grade Administrator

1. To utilize the stored searches in PowerSchool you can simply click the Stored Searches link

2. Next, click Run Search for the Stored Search you want to perform

3. You will now have all your students active as the selected students which you’re assigned.
