Parents/Guardians & Emergency Contacts

This guide will help administrators and counselors navigate and use the Parent/Guardian tab and Emergency Contacts tab within student records.

Instructions

Searching for Students:

1. Once logged into Synergy, select the PAD Tree icon (see image below) then click Synergy SIS.

   Open

   

    

2. Select Student from the drop-down menu, then underneath the Student menu click Student.

3. Click the magnifying glass in the upper right corner to search for a student.
   
   

   Open

   

    

• If searching for multiple students at once, click the arrows to scroll through students.
