Food Services uses touch screens to complete the transactions for the students. At times these devices may stop responding to touch input. This could be an issue with an incorrect driver or calibration
The computer must have the correct driver's installed for the monitors to function correctly
If they are experiencing any issues with the monitors install the updated driver's from the CD provided with the monitor or from the manufacturers website.
This will also need to be completed if a new screen or computer is being installed.
Recalibrate Touch Screen
If the touch screen function needs calibrated the Manufacturer of the monitor also provides calibration software to fix this issue.
