Projector Pens Not Calibrated

Problem

When touching the screen with projector pens, the cursor is not in the same spot as the pen, making it hard to tap on-screen items.

Solution

Automatic Collaboration

  1. Turn on projector

  2. When projector is completely on, press and hold the "User" button

     

  3. Select "Yes"

     

  4. Make sure there are no obstructions on the board while it calibrates

     

  5. Once the process has completed, projector pens will be calibrated

If Automatic Calibration does not work a Manual Calibration can be done

 

Manual Calibration

  1. Press the menu button on the projector remote

    1. Navigate to Extended Tab → Easy Interactive Function

       

  2. Choose Manual Calibration from the menu

     

  3. Choose 'Yes' from the menu

     

  4. Use the projector pen to tap the center of the green dots that appear on the screen.

     

  5. Once finished step away from the projector to allow it to finish calibration
