  • Student not seeing Riverside Elevate Kiosk App

This article is meant to help learn what to do if a student Chromebook does not have the Riverside Elevate Kiosk App

Students do not log into the Chromebook for CoGAT testing - all CoGAT testing is done through the Riverside Elevate app in the Apps Kiosk on the Chromebook lock screen

     Instructions

    1. Verify the student is not seeing the correct app in the Apps Kiosk (named Riverside Elevate)

    2. Open IT Central > ITC Applications > Chromebooks

    3. Search for the desired device, update the Google OU to the Student OU

    4. Once changed and Saved in IT Central, the device will update in real time within 5 minutes

    • If the device does not update after 5 minutes, please reboot the device

    • If rebooting does not work, please Developer Wipe the device and check again

If the above two steps fail, switch the Chromebook for a spare and create a support ticket for the Operations Team with the SCASD and Serial Number of the device and list all troubleshooting performed before escalating
