3cx Web Client

Contact HD to have it enabled on your extension
The 3cx Web Client is a directory service that allows users to easily search for extension numbers of rooms, departments, and individuals.
Accessing the Web Client
Navigate to https://scasd.pa.3cx.us:5001/webclient
Click on the sign in with google button.
Searching the Directory
Select the Team tab on the left
Use the search bar at the top to search for the desired building/room, individual, or department.
The extensions are listed at the end of the phone name.
Example Search for 'Office'
Prevent the Tab from Ringing
By default the directory tab will ring when the phone linked to the account rings. To prevent this from happening, the site can be muted.
On the 3cx webclient, right click the tab at the very top.
Select “Mute site”
