Changing Ringtone and Volume
This guide will show how to change the ringtone and the ringing volume of the phone handset for Fanvile X4U and X7U handsets that are in the State College School District.
Instructions
Standard Handset (X4U)
Press the Menu software key button
Then scroll to the Basic icon (purple box with gears)
Press OK softwarekey or OK hardkey
Scroll to Ring
Below are some details on the settings:
Headset = the hand phone attached to the phone via voice cable
Handsfree = Speakerphone
Ring type = Ringtone
Use the arrows buttons to choose your preferred volumes / ringtone for each option - when done press the OK softkey or the OK hardkey
Large Touch Screen Handsets (X7U)
Press the Menu icon on the touch screen
Then tap on Basic
Next tap on Ring & Tone on left list
Use the arrow buttons on the phone to adjust the Ring & Tone settings to your preference
