This article will teach you how to update your Parent Phone number in ParentVue

 Instructions

  1. Sign into ParentVue

  2. From the main landing page, click My Account in the top right

     

  3. Scroll down to Phone Number

     

To Add a New Number

  1. Click on the plus in the top right corner of the phone numbers window

     

  2. A new row will appear, fill out the boxes as needed.

     

  3. Use the “Update Account” button at the top or bottom of the screen when complete.

To Change an Existing Number

Unfortunately there is no way to change an existing number, you need to delete the number then re-enter it.

  1. Check the box next to the phone number to delete, then click Update Account at the top or bottom of the page.

  2. Add the correct phone number following the steps to add a new number.
