How to share an archive

Once an archive is created and ready to be viewed, it can also be shared. See the steps below on how to share archived footage.
Instructions
Open Google Chrome > click on the Google Apps waffle and scroll down to find Verkada
Find the archive needing shared by clicking on the Archive icon in the left side menu of the portal
If tags were added to the archived footage users can search by typing in said tags in the portals' search box located in the top left
Click on the archive when found in portal then click on the Download button to download the archive to your computer
Depending on your internet connection and the size of the archive footage it may take longer than usual to download - please be patient
Locate and attach the downloaded file from your computer to an email with the applicable parties using your SCASD Gmail account
If the file is larger than 25MB Gmail will ask to upload to Google Drive, the shareable link will appear directly into the email as blue text automatically
