Record Zoom Meetings

Sharing Recordings

Recordings should ONLY be uploaded to YouTube and PRIVATELY shared.

Start Recording

Click the "Record" button to start recording your Zoom meeting.  

Participant Notification

All participants will be notified that the meeting is being recorded and will have the option to leave.

 

Pause/Stop Recording

You can pause and/or stop the recordings using the buttons at the bottom of the Zoom or in the top left corner of your Zoom

Save Location

Once the meeting is closed, the recorded content will be converted and exported to the folder listed in Zoom Preferences. 

 

Quick Open Recordings

  1. Open "Zoom Preferences"

2. Select "Recording"

3. Select "Open" next to file location.  This will open your Zoom recordings in Finder

 

Change Save Location

  1. Open "Zoom Preferences"

     

  2. Select "Recording"

     

  3. Leave Path Listed: Open Finder and follow the path listed for "Store my recordings at..."
    Change Path: Change your path to the desired location by selecting "Choose a new location..." and browsing to the new location.
