Inviting Participants

  1. Click the "Invite" button to pop a box to select / send by email invites to users of your choosing

     

  2. Select the people you'd like to invite then press the blue "Invite" button in the bottom right corner

     

  3. Click "Email" to bring up the option to send your Zoom Meeting link via your default Email, through Gmail or using Yahoo Mail (do not use Yahoo Mail)
