This article shows how a Zoom Meeting can be recorded and viewed for offline usage.

 

 

Locating Your Zoom Recordings

  1. Zoom recordings are saved in the Zoom folder in your Documents folder on your hard drive. If your session was long (20+ minutes), it may take longer until the recording is rendered.

  2. Each recording is in its own folder named for the date and time of the recording.

     

  3. Three files are created for each recording: audio_only.m4u; playback.m3u; zoom_0.mp4.  (If you stopped and started recording in your session, there will be subsequent zoom_#.mp4 files.) Use the zoom_0.mp4 to upload to Canvas and/or Google Classroom.
