How to Lock/Unlock a Zoom Meeting

Zoom Meetings can be locked to prevent anyone else from entering the Meeting Room

Locking a Meeting

1. Click Manage Participants from the menu bar
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. Click More to access additional settings
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Click Lock Meeting to prevent others from joining
   
   

    

Unlocking a Meeting

1. The meeting can be unlocked by clicking Manage Participants
   
   

    

2. Click More to access additional settings
   
   

    

3. Click Unlock Meeting to allow more people to join
   
   

    

4. The meeting can also be unlocked by clicking Invite

   • You will get the following prompt, Click Unlock Meeting to allow more people to join
