Field Trip Approval Process - TripFinder

Once a field trip is entered by a teacher, the trip is put in as a request which needs to be approved. These are typically done by the building administrator or department director. Finally once approved by the building administrator or department director will go to the super int. office for approval before being sent to the transportation office for resource allocation.

 Change Status

  1. Login to TripFinder: https://stcasd.transfinder.com/tripfinder/

  2. Select one or more field trips from the grid.

  3. Click Change Status from the grid toolbar or right click menu.

    • The Change Status modal will appear.

  4.  Select a status from the drop-down menu that the field trip should be changed to.

  5. Optional: add a comment to support the status change reason.

  6. Click Change.
