Setting up Classlink password recovery options for Student Users

  1. Go to the State College Classlink https://launchpad.classlink.com/statecollege

  2. Login with your user id and password (User id Example: txt14)

  3. You then will be prompted to set up Password Recovery

  4. After clicking Set Up Recovery you will be taken to the Recovery Security Questions page where you can either use the drop-downs to pick the predetermined security questions or make your security questions if you choose.

  5. After setting your questions and answers be sure to click Save. After clicking Save you will be taken back to your profile and you will see that your security questions are now enabled.
