      Instructions

    1. Open Google Chrome

    2. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner, and click Clear or Delete Browsing Data

    3. When the Clear or Delete browsing data popup shows, select Advanced tab, set the Time range to All time and check all the boxes next to each item

    NOTE: the top two options are NOT checkable (Browsing history and Download history)

    Hotkey for clearing browsing data on a mac is Shift+Cmd+Delete
