How to change to Google DNS Servers
Use this guide to change default DNS servers to Google's DNS. This can be used to troubleshoot connection issues to websites.
Instructions
Click the Apple in the top left hand corner
Go to System Preferences → Network → Unlock the Network preferences with the lock in the lower left hand corner
Enter your AD password then click the Advanced button
Click the DNS Tab then click the + sign
Next Type in 8.8.8.8 then hit the Plus sign again and add in 8.8.4.4
Click Ok then Apply on the original screen
Quit Chrome and reopen and see if you can access the page.
