How to Change Voicemail Greeting Message

    • In this knowledge article are the steps used to change your phones voicemail greeting message.

     Instructions

    1. Dial 8070 to access the voicemail menu from a District Desk Phone

      1. If you are trying to access your voicemail from outside the the district you will need to first dial the District Phone Directory (814-231-1011) and then 8070.

    2. Enter your phones Extension number. (ex. 7743)

    3. Enter your phones voicemail PIN number, followed by "#" (ex. 3070#)

    4. Press 9 for the voicemail options menu.

    5. Press 8 to change your voicemail greeting message.

    6. Press 0 to record new message or Press 1 to revert it to the basic message.

    After recording your message press "#" and then "0" to save your newly recorded message.
