Checking Certifications and Clearances for Employment

 Instructions

  1. Go to Employee Resources on the SCASD website.

  2. Login using SCASD Username and Password

  3. Click on Employee Access Center

    1. If you are signed into your browser, you will be automatically authenticated into the system.

    2. If you are not signed into your browser, use your SCASD email address and password to authenticate into the system.

  4. Once in the system, click Personal Information from the left menu

  5. Click Certification and Interests from the pop-out menu

  6. You can see the certifications and clearances that Human Resources has on file for you, along with the issue and expiration dates.

    1. If any of the information is incorrect, please reach out to Human Resources to make corrections.

       

Notifications will be sent out by HR prior to the expiration of your clearances along with instructions on how to renew them to continue employment.
