Accessing Employee Access Center (EAC)

Employee Access Center (EAC) is the district’s online portal that can be used by current and former employees to retrieve pay vouchers, tax forms, and other resources related to your employment relationship with the district. This guide will be used to help current and former employees of SCASD access this information.

 Instructions

1. Log in to Launchpad.

2. Click on the folder named “Powerschool.”

3. Click on Employee Access Center

   1. Current Employees

      1. If you are signed into your browser, you will automatically authenticate into the system.

      2. If you are not signed into your browser, use your SCASD email address and password to authenticate into the system.

   2. Former Employees

      1. Please reach out to Human Resources to access the system (hr@scasd.org; 814-231-1051)

4. Once in the system, the first page you see is the demographic information that Human Resources has on file for you.

   1. You can use the left-hand menu to navigate access to your resources (ie, Clearances, Tax Info, Pay Stubs, etc.)

   2. Please not that you are not able to update your demographic, education, certification, or W4 information through EAC. You will need to reach out to Human Resources to update that information.
