Clearing Cache / Cookies

This guide will help amend issues if Google Chrome is experiencing issues loading websites correctly or if there is difficulty displaying website data properly


  1. Open Google Chrome

  2. Click on the three vertical dots in top right-hand corner, then select Settings

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page to click Advanced

  4. In the Privacy and Security section, click on Clear browsing data


  5. Make sure All Time is set for Time range, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are both checked
