Instructions

  1. Navigate to Synergy SIS > Discipline Incidents > Discipline.

  2. Search for the incident by number or by student.

  3. Delete all Seclusion/Restraint, Participants, and Violation records associated with the incident before deleting.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Delete.

  6. Click OK.
