Opening Mail Links with Gmail

 Instructions

1. Open Chrome Browser and click the 3 dots in the top right of the window and click Settings.

2. Go to the Privacy and Security section.

   Open

   

3. Next to Site Settings, click the Right arrow.

4. Scroll down to Additional permissions and click the expand arrow.

   Open

   

5. Next to Protocol Handlers, click the Right arrow 

   Open

   

6. At the top, make sure Sites can ask to handle protocols (recommended) is turned on.

   1. Scroll down to the Blocked section and make sure that mail.google.com doesn't appear in this list.

      Open

      

7. In your Chrome Browser's address bar, enter mail.google.com.

8. Click Service handler 

   Open

   

9. Click Allow
