     Instructions

    Uploading Directly in DocHub

    1. Go to your dashboard and select 'New' in the top left corner.

    1. You will have the following options to choose from:

      1. Computer:  Browser files stored on your machine or an external drive.

      2. Dropbox:  Prompts for Dropbox login and then allows you to browse Dropbox files for upload.

      3. Google Drive:  Prompts for Google/SCASD login and then allows you to browse Drive files for upload.

      4. OneDrive:  Prompts for Microsoft oneDrive login and then allows you to browse OneDrive files for upload.

      5. Drop File Here:  Drag and drop files from your machine or external drive.

    2. Choose your privacy settings:

      1. Private:  If you are the owner, only individuals specified will be able to view the document.  If the owner is SCASD, owners, admins, and teachers can edit.

      2. Org Shared:  (Only applicable if the owner is SCASD):  Owners, admins, and teacher can edit.  Students can view.

      3. Public:  Anyone can ciew the document.  If the owner is SCASD, owners, admins, and teachers can edit.

    3. Choose your document type:

      1. Document:  One-time use.

      2. Template:  Use for generating copies for multiple times of use.

    4. Choose the owner of the document:

      1. You:  You will have full control of the document and you will only be allowed to view if Private.

      2. SCASD:  You and all admins and teachers will have control of the document.

    Opening from Google Drive:

    1. Install the DocHub Chrome Extension. 

    2. Right-click the file that you would like to open in DocHub.

    3. Select Open with and then select DocHub - PDF Sign and Edit.

    Opening from Gmail:

    1. Install the DocHub Chrome Extension. 

    2. Click the document to open it in preview mode.

    3. Select open with at the top of the preview window.

    4.Select DocHub - PDF Sign and Edit

    Opening a PDF from a Web Address:

    1. Install the DocHub Chrome Extension. 

    2. Open the PDF

    3. At the bottom of the PDF file, select Open With DocHub.

    1. This will create a copy of the PDF in you DocHub account.
