Student Test Crashed

Problem

During the student's test an issue occurred that resulted in the testing window being frozen, closed, or the student being kicked out of the test.

Solution

  1. Navigate to the testing session on the proctor's laptop

  2. Select the checkbox next to the students' names

  3. From the Select Action menu, choose Suspend.

  4. The student's status should automatically change to Suspended.

  5. From the Select Action menu, choose Test Again

  6. Have the student re-login to the test and select their name

  7. When the student is confirmed a window will ask to Resume Test

  8. The student can begin the test from where they left off
