Locking a Meeting
Click Manage Participants from the menu bar
Click more More to access additional settings
Click "Lock Meeting" to prevent others from joining
...
The meeting can be unlocked by clicking Manage Participants
Click more More to access additional settings
Click Unlock Meeting to allow more people to join
The meeting can also be unlocked by clicking "Invite"
You will get the following prompt, Click Unlock Meeting to allow more people to join
