Jira can FMX system will now be used to enter work orders for Physical Plant with ease - the below steps show how this can be done.

Click on the Physical Plant link in the left-most column
Choose a category from the left menu that fits the type of work order needed
Then choose the subset of the category that's most relevant

Navigate to SCASD.GOFMX.COM.
Login using your SCASD credentials
After logging in, select the “New Request” option in the top right corner of the “Maintenance Requests” tab.
On the request form, please fill out as much information as possible. (Required Fields: Request Type, Request, Building, and Location)
When the request form has been completed, then select the “submit” option at the bottom of the form.
