FMX system will now be used to complete maintenance requests (work orders). Steps to submit a maintenance request are as follows:

  1. Navigate to SCASD.GOFMX.COM.

  2. Login using your SCASD credentials

  3. After logging in, select the “New Request” option in the top right corner of the “Maintenance Requests” tab.

  4. On the request form, please fill out as much information as possible. (Required Fields: Request Type, Request, Building, and Location)

  5. When the request form has been completed, then select the “submit” option at the bottom of the form.
