This guide will be used to help employees of SCASD view and print their Form W2 sheets

Instructions

  1. Login using SCASD User Name and Password

    1. Those currently employed by login to Employee Access Center (EAC) using their district account

    2. Former employees may login using their employee number as their username and last four digits of their social security number as their password.

  2. Click "Print W2s" from the left menu

  3. Click the desired year to open the W2
