How to enable background blur

This guide will show how to enable the background blur in Google Meet

Instructions

  1. Open, start or join a Google Meet

  2. Click on the More Options dots > Change Background

  3. Select either the Light Blur or Heavy Blur options located at the top of the background list.

  4. To disable Background blur, repeat Step 2 and select the option for no background.
