There a three different views for the student schedule: Current Year, Matrix, and Weekly
Below are examples of each type of view (examples provided are for a middle school student).
You can click on the images to enlarge them / zoom in.

Current Year
Lists all courses in period order by day (1-6, A/B).

Matrix
Shows the daily schedule with each day on a different row (6 rows for middle school for the 6 day cycle; 2 rows for the A/B cycle for high school)

Weekly
Displays the current weekly schedule for the student by period.

Schedules for students in elementary school will show all the courses they are enrolled, but not when the different subjects will be covered in class or when students will attend their specials each day. You will receive a detailed schedule from the teacher that shows what the daily schedule will look like.

The middle school runs on a semi-block schedule and a 6 day cycle. When looking at the schedule please consider the following:

  • Courses that span two periods (P1-P2) are block classes.

    • These courses take place in the beginning of the day (Periods 1-6).

    • The numbers that follow the period are the days that class meets (this can be 1,3,5 or 2,4,6)

  • Periods 7-9 are single periods and meet on different days during the 6 day cycle.

    • In the example below, the student has the following classes Period 7:

  • Study Hall on Days 1 and 3

  • PE 6 on Days 2 and 5

  • Orchestra on Day 4

  • Health on Day 6

P7.png

The high school runs on a block schedule and an A/B cycle. When looking at the Current Year Schedule please consider the following:

  • Students are scheduled for lunch in either period 5, 6, or 7. Students who eat period 6 have a split block - they attend the same class before and after lunch.

  • Lunch may not be during the same period on A and B days.
