How to create a group

Teachers are able to create groups in their ParentSquare account to easily contact specific groups of students and parents that are not already in a class together. The steps below will show how Teachers can create a static group.

 Instructions

 

  1. Log into ParentSquare

  2. Navigate to Participate (left hand side) > Groups > New Group

  3. Click the New Static Group button

  4. Fill out the groups details

  5. Add users to the group by one of the following:

    1. Selecting Students

    2. Adding by Name or Role

    3. Adding Guests/External Members

  6. Click the blue Save button when finished

Highlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.
