Student stuck in Confirmed Status

    This is what to do if a student is stuck in Confirmed Status in NWEA MAP Test when the student’s test crashed and they are not able to rejoin the test.

    1. Select the student in the test session.

    2. From the Select Action menu, choose Do Not Confirm.

    3. The student's status should automatically change to Awaiting Student.

    4. The student should now be able to rejoin the session.

    5. From here, you will have the student select their name from the list again.

    6. The Teacher will then click confirm and the student can rejoin the test
