Navigating the Perform Platform - Supervisors - UT Perform
The following instructions can be referenced by supervisors
Basic Navigation
Start by logging into UT Perform by utilizing the PowerSchool waffle or through the employee resources (Launchpad).
Use the menu items on the left-hand side of the screen to select between the primary menus.
The two primary menu items to use are:
My Folder
My Staff → Staff
Signatures
My Folder
Under the My Folder menu item are tasks assigned to you as the employee. These items all relate to your current evaluation process and not the evaluation process of staff you are evaluating.
My Staff Menu
Under the My Staff menu item is the Staff sub menu. This is the recommended landing page to use as this displays the staff members you are responsible for evaluating.
Select the Evaluation tab to see employees with active evaluations and will be the primary location for interacting with staff during the evaluation process.
Signatures
Under the Signatures menu item are all tasks that require your signature. These can include tasks you’ve submitted or tasks submitted by employees you are responsible with evaluating.
