    Sponsors are able to manage guest accounts.  Things to note regarding guest accounts:

    • When a guest account reaches its expiration date, the account will automatically disable

    • If a guest's work is not complete by the expiration date, the sponsor can edit the end date to extend the account

    • If a guest's work is completed prior to their expiration date, the sponsor can disable/revoke the account

     Instructions

    1. Go to IT Services Applications page and click on "Guest Requests"

    2. Search for the user by name, email or userid

    3. The sponsor can manage the guest account

      1. To revoke or extend the account,  click "Manage"

        1. Select "Disable" to revoke the account

        2. Select "Extend" to change the account end date

      2. To re-enable a disabled account, click "Enable" and change the start/end dates for the account
