    Please use the following guide for step-by-step instructions on printing from a MacBook: 

     

    • Use the following link to go to the software download page: Guest Printing - MacOS setup

    • After you click the link, click on the Download and run Mobility Print button at the top part of the screen:

    • After you click the download button, you will be prompted to Open Mobility Client:

    • After clicking on the Open Mobility Print Client button, your file will download and appear at the bottom left part of your web browser. Click on this file to open it.

    • After clicking the Open Mobility Print Client download, another window will open that will contain the PaperCut Mobility Print Client installation package. Double click this package to open it

    • At the first installation screen that appears, click Continue

    • Click Continue again at the software license agreement screen

    • Click the Agree button

    • Click the Install button

    • Enter your password if prompted and click the OK button on the next box that opens

    • Click the Close button and move the package to the trash if prompted

    • Your printers are now installed. To verify, you can click on your Apple symbol in the top left corner, and click System Preferences > Printers & Scanners. You should see SCASD_Print_Release

    • You can also verify this by opening your Chrome browser window by pressing CMD+P to print something. In the top right corner of the print dialog box, click the drop-down menu and click See More and then you should see the SCASD_Print_Release printer listed.

    • Once you print, you will be prompted with the PaperCut sign-in screen.  Please enter your Email User ID (abc12) and your password.  Please Note: the @scasd.org part is not needed for this sign in

      • After you click the Sign in and Print button, you will need to release the print job from the print release station, which is located in the library of the building you are working in, or by signing into a copier and tapping on the Print Release button
