    This guide will help explain how to scan a document to an email address

     Instructions

     

    1. Load the document(s) face-up into the feeder or face down on the glass

    2. Sign into the copier by scanning a district badge or typing in SCASD username and password

    3. Touch SCAN on the right portion of screen

    4. Choose between Scan to Email or Scan to Google Drive

    5. Using the touchpad on the screen, Filename and Subject can be changed

    6. Touch START to begin scanning the document

    TIP: If sending to a different email addresses, first send it to yourself and then forward it to the other email address(es)

    IMPORTANT: If this is the first time scanning to Google Drive, you will need to grant PaperCut permission to access your Google Drive. PaperCut will send an email asking for permission. Once permission is granted, any scans will be added to Google Drive.
